SPJ San Antonio to host Region 8 conference

The Society of Professional Journalists San Antonio will host the Region 8 conference May 3-4, 2013, downtown at the Marriott Plaza. The conference will open with a welcome gathering Friday night. Saturday's sessions will provide tips on how to keep current with social media trends, as well as critique sessions for students, panel discussions across mediums, and advice from experts covering the Texas border, immigration, military and other topics. More details, including pricing and how to register, coming soon, but please save the date!
